Company

Highest verified resolution rate on CRESA in the quarter. Minimum 10 complaints to qualify.

Debt Counsellor of the Quarter

Individual

NCR-registered debt counsellor with the highest consumer satisfaction score and lowest unresolved complaint rate.

Compliance Champion — Company

Company

Company demonstrating consistent NCA compliance, fastest response times, and zero prohibited conduct findings in the period.

Consumer Champion — Individual

Individual

An individual nominated by consumers for going above and beyond in resolving complaints or supporting consumer rights.

Most Improved — Company

Company

Greatest improvement in complaint resolution rate compared to the previous quarter.

Best Bank for Consumer Treatment

Annual

Annual only. Bank with the best combined score across resolution rate, response time, and consumer satisfaction.

CRESA Grand Award — Company of the Year

Annual

Annual only. Most consumer-trusted company based on full-year data and public vote.

CRESA Grand Award — Individual of the Year

Annual

Annual only. Most impactful individual in the credit and debt sector, nominated and voted on by CRESA users.

Eligibility: To be eligible, companies must have an active CRESA profile, a minimum of 10 complaints in the qualifying period, and no active NCT prohibited conduct findings. Individuals must be nominated by at least 3 verified CRESA consumers and hold a valid NCR registration where applicable.
