How CRESA works

A transparent four-step process from complaint to public record.

  1. Step 1

    Submit a complaint

    Describe your experience. Your complaint is published publicly on CRESA so that other consumers and regulators can see it.

  2. Step 2

    Company is notified

    Registered companies receive an alert about the complaint and can respond directly through their CRESA business portal.

  3. Step 3

    Public response

    The company's official response is published on the complaint record. Both sides of the story are visible.

  4. Step 4

    Resolution on record

    You can mark a complaint as resolved or escalate it to the NCR. Either way, the record stays on CRESA permanently.
