1. Complaint letter generation — R59
Once a complaint letter has been generated and downloaded a refund will not be issued. If your proof of payment was uploaded but your draft has not been unlocked within one business day please contact us at support@cresa.co.za and we will resolve the issue promptly. If your payment cannot be verified and your order is cancelled you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
2. Expert directory listings
Monthly listing fees are non-refundable once your profile has been approved and made live on the platform. If your application is rejected before approval a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. If you choose to cancel your listing mid-month no pro-rata refund will be issued. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period and will then be deactivated.
3. Banner advertising
Banner ad fees are non-refundable once your advertisement has been approved and displayed on the platform. If your advertisement is rejected before going live due to content that violates our advertising standards no refund will be issued as our standards are published on the platform prior to booking. If your advertisement cannot be displayed due to a technical error on our side a pro-rata credit will be applied to your next booking.
4. Job posts
Job posting fees are non-refundable once your post has been approved and published. If your post is rejected before publication a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. If you wish to remove a job post before the 30-day period expires no refund will be issued.
5. Business response subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees for business response accounts are non-refundable once the subscription period has been activated. The 48-hour free trial is provided at no cost and no payment is required during the trial period. If a subscription payment is verified but the account is subsequently suspended for violating our response conduct terms no refund will be issued.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund where applicable under this policy email support@cresa.co.za with your order reference number and proof of payment. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via EFT to the original payment account within 5 business days.
7. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African law.
